Description of position:
Work Location: Indonesia
Work content:
1. Supplier management, such as supplier collection, development, qualification review, sorting, supplier performance evaluation, supplier review and visit reception, etc.;
2. Material management, such as raw and auxiliary material classification management, inventory management, and in-transit quantity management;
3. Order contract management, such as purchase order, contract tracking, raw and auxiliary material arrival arrangement, raw material arrangement, etc.;
4. Statistical analysis of procurement data, such as raw and auxiliary material data, the arrival of imported seaweed and other statistical analysis;
5. Coordinate the work of various departments, such as multi-party coordination with factories and sales.
Qualifications:
1. Indonesian and Malay can be used as the language of daily work communication;
2. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in Indonesian, Malay, logistics, international trade, procurement, etc., fresh graduates are also welcome;
3. Familiar with office software, careful work, serious and responsible, and teamwork spirit;
4. This position needs to be stationed in Indonesia and return to China once every six months.
