Working place: Minhang District, Shanghai

Work content:

1. Responsible for the technical support of the OA system, the optimization and modification of business processes, and the implementation of new requirements, able to sort out business requirements, analyze, design, and optimize business processes;

2. Responsible for internal user training and guidance of the OA system;

3. Responsible for the implementation of projects designated by the department, including demand research and collection, technical implementation and support, system testing and training, etc.;

4. Participate in the promotion, implementation, testing, training and support of the ERP system;

5. Participate in the implementation of other designated IT systems, including demand research and collection, technical implementation and support, system testing and training, etc.;

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, majors in electronics, communication, information management, computer and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than 2 years of experience in OA system operation and maintenance and development, experience in OA and other system interface development and secondary development is preferred;

3. Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English;

4. Experience in OA project implementation and management, familiar with OA product knowledge and functions, proficient in OA implementation configuration, organizational structure, process development and other professional knowledge, able to independently complete the production and management of OA forms and processes;

5. Familiar with C# language and .NET Framework framework, proficient in the design and development of SQL Server database.
