    Work content:

    1. Sales and market development of the company's products in South China

    1) Responsible for product market channel development and sales, and implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan;
    2) According to the company's products, prices and market strategies, independently handle inquiries, quotations, negotiation of contract terms and contract signing. In the process of executing the contract, coordinate and supervise the operation of various functional departments of the company;
    3) Understand customer demand dynamics, tap potential customers, increase sales value, and track customer development to achieve the goal of increasing the company's product market share.

    2. Business insights & information collection and forecasting

    1) Pay attention to the needs of the product application market, market changes and competitors, gain insight into industry development trends, identify business opportunities, timely and truthfully feedback market information to R&D and production departments, and promote close cooperation between BLG sales, R&D, and production departments ;
    2) While dynamically grasping market information, it can regularly provide the company with market analysis and forecast reports in written form, including but not limited to daily written reports.

    3. Customer Management

    1) Do a good job in customer technical support and customer training, provide customers with high-quality services and properly handle customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain customer files;
    2) Collect information on key competitors' new product development, customer opportunities, market strategies, etc., and analyze, forecast and formulate countermeasures for market information;
    3) Combined with the company's Iron Triangle project model, the LTC process management concept is used to practice the end-to-end management mechanism. Make sales lead management, sales opportunity points, contract execution and delivery, customer account collection and other business flows to be connected.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor degree, outstanding ability can be reduced to junior college. Food and marketing and related majors are preferred;
    2. 3 years and above experience in the sales of food raw materials or food additives is preferred;
    3. Familiar with the South China regional market, especially the salty, sweet and dairy products market in South China, and have better customer resources. In addition to the above-mentioned markets, it is better to have a better understanding of daily chemicals, or suspension & milk-containing & vegetable protein-containing beverages;
    4. Good ability to connect with people, good self-motivation, and ideas. Good professional ethics, able to bear hardships and stand hard work; outgoing personality, able to work under pressure, good at communication and coordination.
