On the afternoon of April 13, the Ningxia factory invited Mr. Xie Jungang, general manager of the Xinghuo factory, to introduce BLG products and their application fields to the 36 employees of the Ningxia project. This training allows Ningxia colleagues to have a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the company's products, thereby enhancing employees' confidence in the company and company culture, which will be conducive to the spread of the company's brand influence in Ningxia and the establishment of brand image.
First, Xie Chang introduced the company's development history, global layout and product line planning. Then, he focused on the raw materials, product characteristics, differences and application scope of carrageenan, konjac gum, agar and keratin. This training set up a quiz with prizes, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of colleagues to participate in the training, increased the enthusiasm of everyone to participate, and further deepened the employees' understanding of the company's products. After the training, the employees spoke enthusiastically. They not only raised their doubts and incomprehensions during the training, but also had a positive discussion on whether food additives have any effect on the human body.
