In order to better improve the overall marketing level of BLG, meet the strategic needs of the enterprise, and enhance the ability of employees, the company launched a two-day professional sales skills training on March 10 and March 11. A total of 36 people including BTS sales staff, BTS customer service staff, BFI sales staff, colleagues from the company's marketing department, and colleagues from the Hydrocolloid Research Institute participated in the event, and some people participated in the training remotely through the Tencent Meeting APP.


Guo Weiqi, the lecturer of this training, graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Zhang has rich experience in the field of learning and talent development. He is one of the most professional trainers in the industry with strong practical guidance.
Through this training, the trainees will learn how to use sales funnel management to facilitate the formation of existing customers and how to find new customers through the maintenance of customer relationships. The on-site trainees were divided into six groups. The teacher analyzed and diagnosed the key points and difficulties of the trainees' daily marketing planning work. The trainees said that the training was close to their actual work and was of great help to their work. 


It is hoped that through this sales training, everyone will jump out of the limitation of thinking, change the existing mental model, and further lay a solid foundation for BLG's marketing innovation work and inter-departmental iron triangle cooperation, and create new value for BLG's performance.
