Leadership training

 

We conduct training in all-round way with the cadre four-force model (decision force, execution force, connection force and comprehension force) to improve the leadership of high and middle-level cadres. 

Expertise training:

 

According to the qualifications, we carry out purposefully R&D, marketing, supply chain, quality, production and manufacture, human resources, finance and other knowledge and ability trainings.

General ability training:

 

Such abilities include corporate knowledge (industry trend / product knowledge), hard abilities (company information system / office software training) and flexible abilities (communication, speech, etc.). 

All-staff general knowledge:

 

Safety production, EHS training, etc.

Newcomer training:

 

Offer phased newcomer training at different levels: the company level, department level and post level. Designate special personnel to teach and help newcomers fit into the team more quickly.

Post ranks (1-23 ranks)

The Company has set different ranks for each post. These ranks are corresponding to the career development from first-line operators to the top level of the Group.

Internal career development channels

There are two promotional channels for the promotion of each post: "M" channel and "P" channel. The "M" channel is corresponding to the management post. There are five management levels (M1-M5). "P" channel is corresponding to the expert post. There are five technical levels.

From 2021, for better deliver performance, BLG is committed to building a powerful workforce with capable and undefeated young people who are available at all time, which is called "BLG Talents Program". We trained talents in our Chief Engineer Office from which they are appointed to their posts, developed channels for talents introduction, opens up talent transfer pathways, thus building a perfect young talent training system. This can make contribution to supplying growing-fast talents to key departments such as sales, R&D, production and supply chain.
