Konjac powder with over 90% particles whose size is between 0.125 mm-0.425 mm (120-40 meshes) can be made from dried konjac (including slices, strips and chips) through physical drying or made from fresh konjac through smashing, quick dehydration or preliminarily removing starch and other impurities with alcohol wet processing. It is mainly used for making konjac tofu and konjac vegetarian foods.
