On February 25, 2022, the Human Resources Center, together with the Finance Center, organized the first lecture of the BLG Lecture Hall-Finance Special Training, and the first-level leaders of each department and related personnel participated in this training.


The training content on finance is divided into three parts, namely budget management, interpretation of key indicators and fixed asset management. Yang Ning, the chief financial officer of the financial center, made some important speeches and guidance on the financial special training, which made us fully realize the importance of financial knowledge and financial index learning to the work of enterprises and individuals. Budget management was taught by Manager Shi Yinjun of the Finance Center. What is the budget and the classification of the budget; he focused on the comprehensive budget management used by our BLG when making budgets, including the components of comprehensive budget management, formulation processes and Variance analysis during budget execution. The key indicators were taught by Manager Hu Jiandong of the Finance Center. He listed many financial indicators and focused on the indicators that are very critical to BLG, such as profitability indicators, operating capacity indicators, factory indicators, departmental expenses, etc., and combined with BLG's actual practice. read. Fixed assets was taught by Manager Yang Kaibo of the Financial Center. He showed you all aspects of fixed asset management from the fixed asset management process to the purchase and acceptance of new fixed assets, daily fixed asset custody, and fixed asset allocation, disposal and scrapping.


At the end of the training, Vice President Wang Zhengwei made a concluding speech on the training.
