As a representative of BLG, Ms. Sun Xianxun came to the stage and delivered a speech on "Hydrophilic colloids help the innovation and development of meat products", and shared BLG's development plan on hydrophilic colloids, BLG seaweed dietary fiber, and low-temperature instant carrageenan. New product release of glue and introduction of innovative solutions for BLG hydrophilic colloid compounding. Sun's vivid speech won rounds of applause from the participants.
